I won the Swedish Biggest Loser VIP in 2018 with the help of LCHF and fasting. I am a Swedish journalist, writer, television editor and public debater. Since the 80s, I’ve been working for several Swedish newspapers and magazines, been on many news panels, as well as an innumerable number of other TV sofas. Nowadays, I also have a weekly column on the Swedish Diet Doctor website, where I share about weight, LCHF, food and everything related.
