The price stated is a package rate for one person in a single room. We’ll start with a dinner together at 7PM on Tuesday 12th November, and will finish with a gala dinner on Saturday 16th November. Check out is on Sunday the 17th November. Your ticket includes:

The stars of The Low Carb Universe LCU19 will inspire and enrich your knowledge about health, wellbeing and enjoying life. The workshops are your chance to dive deeper into specific topics that interest you.
Accommodation
5 nights (check in Tuesday, check out Sunday) at the four star Hotel Espléndido.
