Yoga Workshop at the Low Carb Universe 2019
I have practiced yoga since my early teens and been teaching individuals and groups since I completed my ISHTA Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hour teacher training program five years ago. For me, yoga is a beautiful tool that can be used in different ways throughout our lives – to create space, to reduce stress, to challenge ourselves – just to mention a few! Rather than focusing on the shape of the practice, I am more interested in the experience of it. I mainly teach hatha yoga with “flowy” elements and yin yoga, but mix different lineages and techniques of yoga into my classes depending on the participants’ different needs. Since little more than a year ago, I moved from Sweden to Mallorca with my family.
